You must print, have notarized and mail the Delaware Attestation form along with any other required documents. Failure to do so will result in your application not being processed.

Dear,

Yes, she has to make an appointment with AIT (by phone or on-line) and then

go to AIT for her notarization. Don’t forget, she should bring her passport and the application form.

Don’t sign on the application form in advance, she needs to sign her name to the face of the AIT officer.
