Salary Package:
NT$1,500,000 ~ 1,800,000 / 13 months

Candidate
qualifications:

-At least 7 years
working experience, among them above 3 years in a financial, accounting or tax
managerial position in an international environment

-Big 4 CPA firm experience, MBA, CPA license
desirable

-Significant relevant experience with
increased level of responsibility

-Excellent oral and written communication
skills in English and Mandarin

Job Description:

-Lead a team of 5
~ 8 accounting staff in Asia countries, reports to Regional Controller.

-Overall
responsibility for the day-to-day US GAAP accounting, general ledger and
monthly close process (including reporting and review of account
reconciliations and manual journal entries)

-Maintenance of Closing Checklist and local
Monthly Closing Calendar

-Assist with
management reporting

-Manage the Intercompany process and ensure
differences identified by Corporate Accounting are resolved on a timely basis

-Prepare quarterly review and audit schedules
for external auditors

-Prepare and present quarterly Balance Sheet
reviews

-Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance

-Ensure compliance with US GAAP

-Prepare Statutory Accounts and lead process
of income tax declaration (if applicable)

-Perform/manage VAT, Sales Tax and
Withholding Tax declaration (if applicable)

-Review and sign payment batches (where
applicable)

-Support and lead special projects such as
acquisitions and systems implementations

-Develop the team by carrying out regular
performance appraisals

-Prepare staff members training plan

-Plan best use of accounting resources to
improve the day-to-day management of the business, introducing best practice
and innovative thinking

-Effectively manage and develop staff,
ensuring that they are motivated and empowered to maximize performance and
maintain high morale

-Review cash flow, work with Treasury to
manage optimal funds for specific legal entities, raise intercompany loan or
funding proposals as when necessary
